Located on the ground floor of a renovated historic townhouse, PROSTOR (SPACE) is a vibrant studio where creativity comes to life. It is the home of KREATIVNA ceramics, our brand that specializes in creating both functional kitchen items—such as cups, bowls, and vases—and beautiful jewelry.
We often combine our ceramics with the intricate art of Idrija lace, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design. We are honored to have received the Idrija Izbrano Certificate for our Necklace, which highlights our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
At PROSTOR (SPACE), we not only produce our own ceramics but also offer a range of lacemaking and ceramic workshops. Our studio serves as a place for learning, collaboration, and creative exploration. We are also proud to host artist-in-residence programs, where artists are invited to stay and work on their projects, enriching our community with their unique perspectives and talents.We already hosted a writer, a painter, a designer duo and a filming crew.
In 2024, we were proud to host a pop-up exhibition for our local lacemakers' society, showcasing the skill and tradition of Idrija lace. We are eager to continue this tradition and host more exhibitions that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of our region.
